Hi, I’m Ali.

I’ve spent 20 years inside professional services and relationship-led organisations — working closely with leadership teams, sitting in the middle of complexity, and seeing first-hand what drives growth.

I’ve worked across business development, events, member engagement and operations — often in environments where amazing work was happening, but no one had paused to ask the bigger questions:

Most of my work is remote, with in-person time where it genuinely adds value — planning sessions, leadership conversations, or key moments that shape direction.
